My name is Matthew Pickering, President of Dream Builders II, Inc.  I have been in new home construction for over 21 years, in the states of Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, California and Hawaii before coming the Washington 14 years ago.  Because I have built in so many areas, I have learned different building and design methods.

 

Dream Builders II, Inc. has been building in Washington for 14 years; we have projects ranging from entry level to multi-million dollar homes.  In 2002, our entry into the Parade of Homes (The Georgian Dream) was a great experience in working with new designs and materials.  We are always looking for innovative ideas and cost effective building practices.

 

I grew up in rural Wyoming on a working cattle ranch and learned the value of a good work ethic.  My wife, Carolyn, and I have been married for 13 years and have two amazing children, Josiah (five) and Gracie (two).  We live in rural Clark County and truly love the Northwest.
